Internal route of intercity buses: Corner of Emek Dotan and Emek Yizreel, Emek Dotan, Emek Hahuleh, Ar'ar, Ficus, Tiltan, Dam Hamaccabim, Hashmonaim Blvd, exit from town. All buses entering Modiin after 20:00 go up Giva C.

Detour due to security situation: From 17:00, route 10 runs via Latrun Jct / Highway 1 through Har Hotzvim, and then continues on usual route (below). Return bus takes usual route until Har Hotzvim, then turns left to Highway 1 towards Latrun Jct.

Modiin-Jerusalem stops: Pickup in Modiin according to internal route, Modiin-Shilat Jct., Maccabim-Reut Jct., Beit Horon Jct., Givat Zeev West, 8 Golda Meir Blvd., Golda Meir Blvd. under Ramot bridge, entrance to Har Hotzvim, 110 Shmuel Hanavi St., 27 Yehezkel St., corner of Yehezkel St. and Blumental St., Haneviim St. / Davidka Plaza, Jaffa St. across from new Central Bus Station, Jaffa St. in front of old Central Bus Station.

Jerusalem-Modiin stops: 217 Jaffa St. across from old Central Bus Station, Jaffa St. by new Central Bus Station / old Shaarei Zedek building, Haneviim St. / Davidka Plaza, corner of Strauss St. and Bnai Brith, corner of Yehezkel St. and Blumental St., 2 David St., Bar Ilan St., across from 110 Shmuel Hanavi St., entrance to Har Hotzvim, Golda Meir Blvd. under Ramot bridge, 8 Golda Meir Blvd., Givat Zeev West, Beit Horon Jct., Maccabim-Reut Jct., Modiin-Shilat Jct., dropoff in Modiin according to internal route.
